Some instructions would be perfect!

I dont know really what to say about this. It looks like a good app, but it thinks that Im in Germany someplace.
I dont know how to import a map for my area.. Though I gave it my lat and long and a 20 km radius... Once it loaded the map I figured it would be easy to find. No clue at all where that map is.. How to access it or anything.
Maybe a nice tutorial for people who arent living in Germany.
If I can use it.. Then I can rate it.. But for now I cant.
